How fast is delivery?

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day from Sydney. Delivery takes 1–2 business days (NSW/ACT/VIC/QLD metro), 2–3 days (SA/WA metro) or 2–5 days (regional). Shipping is free on orders over $149.

What is your returns policy?

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Faulty devices are covered by a 30-day defect exchange. Please contact us for approval before sending anything back.

Do I need to be over 21 to buy?

Yes. All vaping products on this site are restricted to adults aged 21 and over. Age is verified at checkout and may be checked again on delivery.
